Product Description
Protect the inside of your garage from weather, dust, and drafts by sealing the top and sides with an EPDM Weather Seal Kit. This kit comes with a 45 degree retainer profile that holds the vinyl seal at a 45 degree angle away from the door jamb. The 45deg retainer style creates a gap of air between the seal and door that is ideal for use on sectional and overhead style doors. For doors with more uneven gaps where they meet the jambs, like corrugated, roll up, and rolling steel doors.
Precut and Pre-assembled
Standard 45 Degree EPDM kits come in a cut-down style that are precut in 4 ft. and 5 ft. sections. The cut down style is an economical shipping option that’s easier and cheaper to transport than full length pieces that range anywhere from 8 to 14 ft. long. Every weather seal kit comes with everything you need for a straightforward installation of top, left, and right garage door weather seals. Each Kit includes pre-cut vinyl seals threaded into our corrosion proof aluminum retainers. Cut-down retainers come pre-tapped with holes for fasteners so no additional drilling is required for installation. Simply open your Weather Seal Kit and install the retainers with 32 included self-tapping fasteners.
EPDM Synthetic Rubber seals are flexible and durable weather seals available in two different sizes: 1-3/8 inches and 2 inches to best fit the gaps on your door. EPDM Weather Kits are available pre-assembled in the following door sizes:
