Flexi-Tile Perfection Floor Tile HomeStyle has a slate texture surface for the look of stone, and is a flexible hidden interlocking tile with a virtually water tight seam. Easy Do-It-Yourself installation, installs over many types of existing sub floors with very little or no floor preparation. Made from Virgin Polyvinyl that is carcinogen free material. Flexi-Tile Interlocking Tiles offer a luxury premium grade flooring solution for residential, commercial and industrial applications. The simplicity of the hidden interlocking system makes installation quick and easy! A flexible, yet tough interlocking floor tile has been developed to provide an “instant” self laying floor surface, for use in a wide variety of applications.
Residential uses such as garages, basements, mudrooms, kitchens, rooms and commercial uses such as office floors, stores, retail locations, restaurants, warehouses, military - anywhere a durable floor is needed. PVC tiles can withstand the toughest environment and weight conditions.
The material is resistant to oil, petroleum, grease, anti-freeze and most chemicals.
The original “jigsaw” profile is used on all four sides of the tiles and can be “locked” firmly together in a matter of seconds using only a rubber mallet. Slate tiles
These shipped perfectly in what looked like large pizza boxes. They snap together easily but it is not a strong lock. If they are picked up together off the floor they will fall apart. All tiles were in great shape with no damage. The tiles are pliable and soft enough to trim with a sharp utility knife. Installation was easy. So far I'm very pleased. My concern is if they will stay down or pop up on the seams over time as the locking tabs are weak. Time will tell which is why I gave 4 stars instead of five. A year from now, if they are looking good, I'll give it 5 stars.

Took care of a garage floor problem and looks great too!
Our garage floor had a problem where the paint and top layer of the concrete floor would stick to tires and peel off when you backed the car out. This problem also started happening around the rest of the garage, exposing a dry white cement. The slab was not installed properly, but we were stuck with the problem. I received quotes to grind the surface down and epoxy coat it, but found this site and the interlocking Perfection Vinyl tile. I couldn't be any happier. We solved the problem with the floating tiles, did it for 50% of the quoted repairs, and it looks like an upgrade as well! Everyone loves the look of it and the floor isn't as cold as it used to be either. The garage now looks like an extension of the house. The staff at Elite Garage Floors was very helpful with our questions before ordering also. We are satisfied customers for sure! :-)

Fantastic
I installed this in my bathroom and only planned to use it there and in the kitchen, but after having it for a few months, I decided to do the entire downstairs in it. It was very easy to install, easy to clean, nice under foot and looks great. The warranty is also outstanding. I can't wait to get it finished! P.S. I am a total DIY amateur and I had no problem with this floor.
