Product Description
This seal slides into a P-bulb style galvanized metal retainer that is mounted at the bottom of garage doors. Once installed into the retainer, its flexible bulb design pushes against pavement and fills the gaps at the bottom of commercial and residential garage doors. The P-bulb garage door weather seal is compatible with most two-inch single layer rolling steel doors. Rolling steel doors are made from a single layer of durable steel, sometimes called pan doors, and are typically seen in Mini-warehouse or Mini-storage applications. The P-bulb style weather seal is popular with Genie and Overhead brand garage doors.

Worked great.
Getting the old seal out of the track was tough. Had to take it out in 8 inch pieces using vice grips and WD40 in the groove. After that though, a quick clean of the groove with a nylon brush and the new seal slid right in perfectly and with no effort at all.

Exactly what I needed
After hours of searching I was struggling to find a bottom seal for my old (1980s) garage door. EGF kindly sent a free sample which fit, so I ordered a 17’ long piece which my wife and I were able to slide into the door slot.

P-Bulb
This was a good fit for an Overhead Door seal that was discontinued. I was able to pry apart "peened" section, insert seal and crimp over with plyers. Elite Garage Floors was very helpful with sending samples to find best fit.

P-Bulb replacement weather stripping
Replaced the old weather stipping on my garage door with the P-bulb stripping. Used WD 40 on the old stripping to make removal easy. The replacement works well.

The P tab is too small for my garage door
Great quality product, but didn't work as well as I hoped for me. It went in the track, but I am not sure if it's going to stay. Make sure you get the free samples before ordering.

This is the perfect product for keeping rain and everything else out of my garage. Ease of installation, value for the money.

Make sure you order the right size. Product turned out to be the wrong size for my garage door. My fault for not measuring the gap thru which you insert the seal. Anyway, no returns so I just took some pliers and went all along the rail at the bottom of the garage door and narrowed it to size. It now does its job.
