Martin Garage Door Bottom Weather Seal

The seal was the correct replacement for the stock seal. However, it wouldn't stay in the channel. After tightening the screws on the garage door, the seal kept falling out. To secure it, I had to install about five screws along the bottom of the metal part of the door to keep the seal in place. Maybe the seal can be a little thicker.

I purchased this replacement deal for my Martin door circa 1992. I don't believe the seal was every replaced by the previous owner, but after rehabbing and insulating the door, this was the finishing touch. Easy to install following some suggestions online and seals like a charm. No more drafts and leaves/debris blowing under the door into the garage.

This replacement seal worked well and has kept the rain out, where my older seal had failed. It might help to include a video on how to replace the seal, but I found one online and it was relatively easy.
