SHIPPING TERMS
Elite Garage Floors strives to offer best shipping prices so customers will receive the lowest shipping options.
We have had to change to real time ship cost on many of our products due to shipping cost and parameter changes by the shipping companies.
All Garage door seals, thresholds, and parts are real time shipping.
UPS Ground or USPS - the shipping option displayed is our commercial discounted price that we receive from these companies, we do not mark up our shipping prices.
Any item from 48" to 95" ships UPS ground, but these lengths do have additional oversize fees charged by the carrier.
Any item 150 lb or 96" + must ship Freight Truck. Our freight software is also real time freight cost, the price displayed is our actual cost to ship the product. YES - freight is expensive. Residential deliveries include a lift gate delivery.
Damaged Merchandise During Shipping:
Please be sure to inspect all items for damage, if a box appears to be severely damaged, please refuse the package if you do not feel it is in good condition. If any item you purchased from Elite Garage Floors / Elite Xpressions was damaged in shipping, or appears to be defective, please call us right away so that we may arrange to repair or replace it. Please keep all packaging, as the freight company may need to inspect it, or we may request you return the items. If you find concealed damage after opening products, please contact us within 48 hours to report the problem. We may not be able to honor a claim after 48hrs due to shipping company policies.
If product is damaged by freight company during the return to the warehouse, it will be the customers responsibility to file a claim with the freight company, as Elite Xpressions would not have authorization to file a claim. In the case of a damaged return, Elite Xpressions will provide customer with all documents needed to file a claim in order to receive full reimbursement from the freight company and Elite Xpressions will no longer be responsible for issuing a refund.
Expedited shipping requests or shipments to HI, AK, or Canada will incur additional cost and fees. International shipping is available, please contact customer service for a shipping quote. We are unable to calculate any duty of country taxes that may be due at delivery or to clear customs. It is the customers responsibility to prepare for a broker, or payment of any additional fees. A recipient may incur additional delivery fees if:
- A delivery is refused
- A lift gate is requested
- Address change
- Address is in rural area that causes special delivery arrangements, and higher delivery cost
- Or any other cause which results in additional handling cost from the freight carrier
- Customer unable to accept shipment, re delivery fees, or storage fees
- Unexpected Fuel Surcharges from freight carriers.
Elite Xpressions is not associated with any freight carriers, and although we work with reputable companies we cannot control how the companies deliver their products or how much the delivery drivers are willing to aid in the delivery. Freight companies deliver shipments to the end of the driveway for residential deliveries.
