How to Clean Racedeck Flooring
4th Jul 2015
Racedeck flooring are interlocking tiles that can give your garage the look and feel of the racetrack. Because the tiles are interlocking, they are extremely easy to install, clean and take care of. Interlocking tiles are perfect for any garage because they will keep your original garage concrete in pristine condition and provide you with the classy look you are after. But how do you clean Racedeck floor tiles specifically?
Generally, a good sweep or vacuum will give your interlocking floor tiles the fresh new look you’re trying to achieve, but in some cases a wet mop is in order. If you’re looking to get rid of the black scuff marks that your car has produced on your racedeck flooring or you’re not digging the wet footprints that the recent rain has left you with, it’s time to get out your cleaning solution.
With an ounce of concentrate and 2 gallons of water, you should be good to start scrubbing away at the dirty floor that’s been driving you crazy. It should be fairly easy to clean off these spots, especially if you are using the Racedeck All Purpose Cleaner, however, any floor cleaning agent will do. If you’re having a hard time getting tire marks up off the interlocking tiles, grab some Goof Off and try wiping your floor with it.
