With all the rain the United States has been experiencing lately, getting a new bottom seal is something that should definitely be on your to-do list. With winter coming, we highly suggest getting a new bottom seal (and a threshold) before the snow starts coming down. Having a good bottom seal helps to create a tight seal between your garage door and the ground. This helps to keep out water, dirt, debris, and animals. A new bottom seal can be energy efficient and prevent heat loss from heated garages.
